2002

SSWRDSP

Since 2002, IRDO has been implementing for the development of poor women and male through the Small Scale Water Resources Development Sector Project-II (SSWRDSP) with the financial and technical assistance of LGED. It has been implementing under the participatory approaches in the 3 districts namely: Narayanganj, Narsingdi, and Gazipur Sadar. The overall objective of the project is to reduce poverty through the increase of sustainable agriculture and fishery development to the female & male beneficiaries. The specific objective of the project is to develop sustainable stakeholders driven small scale water resources management systems with special attention to the poorer section of the population of those 3 districts.
